Applicants who have not provided heartworm preventative to current or past pets will have their applications denied. All GTS dogs are spayed or neutered. Adult dogs are up to date on all vaccinations and de-worming prior to being released for adoption. Puppies are current on deworming, and shots are current up to the date of adoption.

At the end of the application, you will click Submit Application to be redirected to a PayPal window. This is where you will pay the required application fee. If you exit this window without making the donation, your application will NOT be submitted.

If you’re doing the application on a mobile device, please ensure you tap Return to Merchant after completing the Paypal donation. You will then be taken to a confirmation message saying your application has been submitted. As long as you see this page, your application has been submitted without issue.

The application fee must be paid through PayPal. However, adoption fees can be paid with the following methods:

• Check (can be mailed or given in person)

• Cash

• PayPal

Please note, the adoption process can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks.

The pre-screening process must be completed before being given access to the adoption application. The pre-screening process will take you through our adoption guidelines, the adoption process, and will cover important breed specific considerations. Upon completing the pre-screening process you will be redirected to the adoption application.
